Online Weekly Class Schedule

Do you like to roll around on the floor, learn what your body can do...and sweat a lot...with a bunch of lovely ladies? Then Sweaty Betties Jiu-Jitsu is the place for you. Founded in 2008 by women for women, our group fosters a positive, supportive, safe, and fun training environment in which to learn and practice the gentle art, also known as Jiu-jitsu.

Whether you are a beginning Jiu-jitsu student with no to little experience or an experienced competitor, Sweaty Betties will provide you with a great place to build, hone, and test your skills. Our members range greatly in terms of experience and age. We offer weekly donation-based training at FOUR Elements Fitness gym in Oakland. All identified females ages 9+ welcome. No experience necessary. Our class sessions include warm-up, technical drills, and open sparring.

COVID-19 SCHEDULE
We’re Bringing the Training to You! 

Due to Covid-19 shelter in place mandates, we canceled all in-person classes and shifted online until further notice. Our Zoom classes are a mixture of Ginastica Natural, Jiu-jitsu, and kickboxing movements. To train with us, email sweatybetties@gmail.com for more info.
